Part I: Production and Quality Guarantee
1. Q: How can you control the quality of products?
A: We have more than ten years lighting production experience in this industry.
We have deep knowledge and rich experience in know-how regarding lighting supply chain and
quality control which is based on a professional standard quality control system in material
inspection, finishing, assembling, packaging, and ageing stages.
We have passed qualified for CE, SAA, VDE, etc.certificate.
2. Q: What is your production warranty?
A: You enjoy 2 years warranty service for all of our products.
3. Q: What’s your MOQ and production deliver time?
A. Usually, our MOQ is 10 pieces except for the special ones and our delivery time
is about 25-35 days after deposit.
4. Q: Can I place sample order? What's the price of sample order?
A: Yes, you can place sample order but the sample will be charged reasonably
according to the negociation between us. The shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

5. Q: Does the price include bulbs?
A: No, the price we offer is all without bulbs. We can provide your EXW quotation,
FOB quotation, or CFR quotation according to your requirements. Please know it.
6. Q: Do you provide OEM and ODM service?
A: Yes, we are professional lighting manufactures and we have strong team resources and ability
working on customized OEM and ODM service according to customers’ specific requirements.
7. Q: What kind of crystals do you use?
A: Our goal is to give our customers the best products. Therefore, we use one of the best quality crystals
in the world to dress our chandeliers. Among them, Chinese top K9 crystal is usually used, but Egyptian
crystal or better crystals are also available.
8. Q: Do you have products in stock? If not, what is your lead time?
A: Normally we don’t have stock products in sale. We produce the lamps after an order is placed.
Usually lead time is 25-35 days, but it may be shorter or longer, depending on the products style
and quantity you demand.
9. Q: What type of light bulbs can I use?
A: Different kinds of products use different type of light bulbs. The commonly used light bulbs are
E14/ E12, GU10, G9 and G4. However the bulb will be excluded and need you to buy them at your location
or you can ask us to purchase it for you and then put them into carton for shipping.
Part II: Logistics
10. Q: How are the lights shipped and how long does shipping take?
A: We have strong and various logistics service methods which can meet different types of customers’
logistics requirements, whatever by air, road, railway, or ship. Normally, if you make mass order and
have enough time to deliver, suggest you take cheap sea container (20 feet or 40 feet). Or, if you make
small parcel and need fast deliver time, we could assist you make express service but with competitive
pricing as well.
11. Q: How much is the shipping cost for the products? Which countries do you deliver to?
A: Shipping cost depends on the weight, packing size, shipping address and shipping method.
Usually we will suggest the cheapest and more convenient shipping method for you.
And we can deliver to all countries in the world.
Part III: Order, Payment and Financing Service
12. Q: What is your payment method?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and Money Gram.
13. Q: What is your payment terms and do you have any financing service?
A: For the initial cooperation, we will have formal service with customers once they pay 30% deposit,
and the rest of 70% balance will be paid before cargo shipping. If the customers have established good
credit with us, and if the customer have such financing demands, we could offer various types of financing service,
such as payment delay under sea-bill release and others. Welcome to inquire us for details.
Normally speaking, you can place order as follows:
1) You send us the purchase order (model number, quantity, shipping address).
2) We make a proforma invoice for the order.
3) You pay 30% deposit or full amount and send us the payment copy.
4) We start production after receiving the payment.
5) You pay the balance payment and send us the payment copy when the goods are ready.
Then We deliver the goods to you by Air/Sea.

14. Q: Are you a factory or trade company?
A: We are a professional lighting manufacturer , integrating with product designs, mass production,
quality control, finished goods consolidation, after-sales service and related supply chain
management service.
15. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?
A: Our factory located in Henglan Town, Zhongshan City of Guangdong. There are subways and bus to come
here and if needed, we can also pick you up when you were in Zhongshan city.
